2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

i. For commanding the Collector, Muzaffarpur (respondent no.2) to dispose of application filled by petitioner on 18/10/2024 as contained in Annexure-P/5;

ii. Also for commanding the Circle Officer, Mushari to dispose of the Dakhil Kharij case no.28/01-02 which has not been

Patna High Court CWJC No.15523 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 concluded until now despite the order dated 21/04/2017 passed by Additional Collector, in Mutation Revision case no. 06/02-03 as contained in Annexure-P/4;

iii.

Also, for necessary relief/reliefs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the petitioners are entitled in the eyes of law.

3. The petitioner has to move before this Court with a simple prayer to direct the respondent-Collector, Muzaffarpur to dispose of the representation as preferred on 18.10.2024 (Annexure-P/5 to the petition).

4. Learned State Counsel submits that the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the concerned respondent, the D.M., Muzaffarpur to dispose of the petition of the petitioner, if not disposed of till today, by 31st December, 2025.
