JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 371 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of IPC. There is allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that her statement was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., in which she has not named the petitioner, rather stated that she has married with one Maubyddin Ansari.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

East Chamaparan, Motihari, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 371 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
