JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-02-2019 Having regard to the fact that payment has been made in terms of the direction issued by the Writ Court, the Court is not inclined to grant any further indulgence in contempt jurisdiction, particularly in view of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Union of India & Ors. vs. Subedar Devassy [(2006) 1 SCC 613].

Accordingly, the present proceeding is dropped and the application stands disposed of.
