The writ application filed on 23.01.2018 challenging the order of suspension. Since the order of suspension was stayed by this Court the respondents have also issued the order staying the suspension, the Court in the aforesaid circumstance is of the view that the respondents may be directed to conclude the departmental proceeding at the earliest.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conclude the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1486 of 2016(5) dt.02-07-2019 2/2 departmental proceeding within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
