JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to make payment of compensation amount to the tune of Rs. 1,50,000/-, however, the learned counsel for the State has filed a supplementary counter affidavit, wherein it has been stated that a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- has already been paid to the petitioner and departmental action is being taken against the erring officials for the delay caused in making payment of the compensation amount.
In such view of the matter, nothing survives for
Patna High Court CWJC No.743 of 2018(6) dt.01-09-2022 2/2 consideration in the present petition.
