Patna High Court CWJC No.936 of 2016 (3) dt.07-08-2018 07-08-2018 At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to efflux of time this writ petition filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 22.11.2014 passed by the respondent no.3 as well as the order dated 16.10.2015/30.10.2015 passed by the respondent no.2 so far as it relates to Revision No. 98 of 2015 as contained in Annexure3 has become infructuous. In view of the submission made above, the application is dismissed as infructuous.
