JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Muffasil P. S. Case No. 157 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 354, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. there is allegation of assault against the petitioners by the bricks to the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and F.I.R. itself disclosed that there is land dispute between the parties. The injuries are simple in nature, which will appear from the impugned order itself.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60261 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Muffasil P. S. Case No. 157 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
