2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
3. The petitioner is alleged to have disrobed the minor daughter of informant and thereafter, tried to commit rape.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. In fact, petitioner runs a Kirana shop and had given articles on credit to husband of informant and when petitioner demanded his dues money, this false and concocted case has

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 7th cum Special Judge (POCSO), Purnea in connection with Tikapatti P.S.Case No. 54 of 2024.
