2. Pursuant to order dated 17.09.2019, the Divisional Forest Officer, Supaul is present and has filed his show cause. Unconditional and unqualified apology has been tendered by the officer for the conduct for which he was called as recorded in the previous orders.
3. Coming to the merits, as per the direction of the writ Court, the case of 15 petitioners was considered out of which with regard to only 12 petitioners, the records have been located and accordingly payments made for the period they have worked. However, with regard to petitioners no. 2, 5 and 6, the stand is that due to records not being available to show that they have worked, payments have not been made.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that the order dated 21.07.2016 passed in CWJC No. 10909 of 2014, has been complied with.
5. Further, the Court accepts the apology tendered.
6. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
7. However, the petitioners no. 2, 5 and 6 shall be at liberty to pursue the matter, in accordance with law, before the appropriate forum.
