The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 262 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A, 368 and 120B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application wherein she has made no allegation against the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the

No.58961 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 262 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
