Mr.Shyam Kumar Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.
Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. These is nothing specific alleged against these petitioners. The injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature.
Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61423 of 2019(3) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is allegation of assault against these petitioners which is supported by the injuries sustained. During investigation, witnesses have supported the prosecution case. Considering the nature of allegations levelled, the materials available on record and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court does not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The same is, therefore, rejected.
