For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Naresh Dass, Adv. For the Respondent/s : Smt. Binita Singh, G.P.31 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 03-04-2018 None appears for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the State appears to submit that the petitioner without exhausting the appellate remedy available to her under the guidelines regulating the appointment of Anganbari Sevika/Sahayika has chosen to question the termination order dated 22.4.2013 after lapse of almost 3 years. Having perused the pleadings on record and having considered the objections raised I find the writ petition not worthy of indulgence either on grounds of alternative remedy available as well as the unexplained delay of 3 years. The writ petition is disposed of.
