1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), and direction(s) to the respondents to stop the work of Miscellaneous Record No.03/2023-24 which is proposed at Mauza contrary to the criteria fixed by solid and liquid waste management guidelines Mokimpur, Thana No.254, Khata No.26, Khesra No.540 area 03 decimal out of

Patna High Court CWJC No.14198 of 2023(2) dt.30-04-2024 2/2 2.40 Acres nature of the land Gairmazarua Aam (Bandh)."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the respondents, in paragraph no.6 of the counter affitdavit, filed in the present case, which is not on record, have stated that a proposal for establishment of Garbage Management Unit, under Panchayat-Belchhi, Block-Chandi, District-Nalanda has been sent to the DCLR, Hilsa, by the Circle Officer, Chandi, vide letter dated 04.08.2023, for transfer of the land in question and thereafter, another proposal has also been sent vide letter dated 29.11.2023, whereupon the work pertaining to Miscellaneous Record No.03 of 2023-24 has been stopped, the present writ petition may be disposed off in terms of the said statement, made in the counter affidavit.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off taking into account the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents in the counter affidavit, filed by them in the present case.
