The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gaural P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.07.2019. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft and sale of Iron scrap. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of
