JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 By the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for modifying the order dated 04.04.2018, whereby and whereunder the petitioner was granted two weeks' time for filing requisite representation before the respondent no. 2, to the extent that the said time be extended on the ground that the petitioner was ill, hence he could not file requisite representation within the stipulated time.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as also the averments made in the petition, the petitioner is granted further four weeks' time from today to file the requisite representation before the respondent no. 2 pertaining to his grievances which is directed to be disposed of by the
Patna High Court MJC No.3662 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 respondent no. 2 within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The petition stands allowed with the aforesaid direction and modification in the order dated 04.04.2018. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U
