2. Petitioner apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3 . The prosecution case in short, is that all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted the informant with bhujali, talwar and danda etc. causing him injury.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation that this petitioner along with co-accused Yugal Yadav assaulted informant with bhujali and talwar but doctor has found only one injury on the head of informant. Next submission is that during course of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67748 of 2024(4) dt.28-02-2025 2/2 investigation witnesses and injured Ravindra Yadav have stated that it was co-accused Yugal Yadav who assaulted thrice on the head of informant by sword .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Laxmipur Gidhaur Police Station Case No. 207 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under sections 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
