1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Andhramath P.S.Case no.49 of 2023 registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that he married his daughter to the son of the petitioner herein. Two children were born out of the said wedlock. There was a dispute between the husband and wife as a result of the illicit relation of Ranjit Sharma, his son- in -law with another lady. The informant states that his daughter was done to death by all the accused persons including this petitioner by strangulating her.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66661 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 case because of being the mother-in-law of the deceased. The allegations besides being general and omnibus, as would be evident from order of the learned trial Court, the cause of death in the postmortem report is asphyxia due to hanging. Further there is a categorical statement in paragraph no.17 of the petition that chargesheet has been submitted. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the FIR, the petitioner being the mother- in- law of the deceased, chargesheet having been submitted under section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code, husband of the deceased being in custody and the petitioner being in custody since 8.4.2023, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case no. 49 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, DistrictMadhubani.
