Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been paid in terms of the direction of the Writ Court. However, he submits that petitioner has not been paid the benefit of honorarium on revised rate. Considering the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of with the direction to the Director, Secondary Education, who shall consider the claim of the petitioner for payment of honorarium on revised rate and if anything is further payable to be petitioner, he shall ensure payment thereof within a period of sixty days from the date of the receipt/production of
