JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 175 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has suppressed in para 3 of the bail petition that he has got criminal antecedent. Deponent of this case is his son.

Due to aforesaid suppression, this Court is not inclined to entertain prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Dehri (Dalmiyanagar) P.S. Case No. 125 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri. Show cause filed by the petitioner and his son is not satisfactory.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58884 of 2017 (4) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 They are warned to be careful in future while disclosing the fact to the Court.

With the aforesaid observation, this application stands dismissed.
