JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Dhoraiya P. S. Case No.110 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of IPC.

F.I.R. disclosed that while Panchayati was going on, the petitioner and others protested that there only female members in this meeting and while the informant and her sister returning to the house, petitioner assaulted sister of the informant by Lathi, causing injury, due to which, she became unconscious.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false and concocted. There was some scuffle between the parties.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts, as stated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59694 of 2019(2) dt.23-09-2019 2/2 above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the learned court below to verify the injury report and if injury is found to be simple in nature, the learned court below shall release the petitioner to his own satisfaction, otherwise, the petitioner surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail.
