The petitioners are in custody since 15.10.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/307/353(A)/295/295(A)/298 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there was some altercation with regard to immersion of Goddess and the procession of Muharram in which some mischief-monger resorted to brick-batting resulting in the lodging of the present case. It is further submitted that these two petitioners have not been alleged with any specific overtact and there is also no eye-witness to the occurrence and the allegations are mostly omnibus in nature. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the nature of allegations made against the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58681 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 petitioners, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Jamui, in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 342 of 2017.
