JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition in order to file Appeal before District Teachers Appellate Tribunal, Siwan in view of Rule 18 of Bihar Panchayati Elementary Teacher Employment and Service Condition Rules, 2008.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
It is further directed in case petitioner files an Appeal within
Patna High Court CWJC No.1066 of 2016 (3) dt.18-09-2018 2/2 a period of two weeks from today, the Appellate Authority would consider the case of the petitioner on its own merits and would not be impeded by the issue of limitation.
