JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 02-01-2023 Petitioners have prayed for the following relief(s):- "(I) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari and any other appropriate writ for quashing the notice dated 31.08.2019 issued by the Respondent no.5 contained in Annexure-6.

(II) For commanding the respondents to accept the proposal for repayment of loan taken by the petitioners for the Bank which are as follows:-

Patna High Court CWJC No.19287 of 2019(4) dt.02-01-2023 2/2 (a) Petitioners are expected to receive a subsidiary of Rs. 70,00000/- from Bihar Government which will be paid to the Bank.

(b) petitioners are ready to pay the loan amount in 8 installment i.e. 25 lakh every six month if Bank release 1/3 of land out of the mortgage land.

(c) A part from above payment petitioners are ready to pay the loan amount out of income of Cold Storage so that the period of installment may be shorten."

Learned counsel for the petitioners, under instructions, states that, in view of the intervening developments, the petition may be permitted to be withdrawn. Prayer allowed.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
