The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kodhobari P.S. Case No.01 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is of attacking the informant with Lathi. It is further submitted that the petitioner after rejection of her anticipatory bail application has surrendered before the court below in the month of August, 2017. In view of the fact that the incident arose more on account of quarrel between the agnates for setting up Tanti on
