Although the petitioner prayed for revocation of the suspension order inter alia on ground that the enquiry report submitted in the departmental proceeding is in his favour but the order of suspension is not on record and in any view of the matter considering the stage at which the departmental proceeding rests, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Disciplinary Authority the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer to dispose of the disciplinary proceeding in
Patna High Court CWJC No.1263 of 2016 dt.25-11-2016 2/2 accordance with law and considering the fact that the enquiry report has since been submitted, an expeditious disposal preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order would serve the purpose.
