On getting confidential information, a raid was conducted and during course thereof, three persons were apprehended out of whom, on search from the physical possession of Saurabh @ Kartikesh Pathak a loaded country made revolver has been seized. Furthermore it is evident that on interrogation they have disclosed the names of their associates who managed to escape including the petitioner who happens to be under custody since 25.09.2017 having no criminal antecedents. Accordingly, petitioner, Deep Prakash @ Golu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Muzaffarpur in Sadar PS Case No. 10/2017.
