Mr. Vikash Kumar, learned counsel for the State is present. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties. It is stated therein that the petitioner did not comply with the directions of this Court as contained in the order dated 31.10.2018 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 2519 of 2018. Learned counsel has specifically pointed out that no bank guarantee was produced as per order of this Court.
