2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 254 of 2022, SPL (POCSO) Case No. 130 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has committed rape upon a minor girl which has also been deposed by the minor girl in the trial.

5. In view of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
