2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 184 of 2021, dated 01.07.2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 342, 363 and 504/34 of the I.P.C and Section 11 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that an FIR was registered on 17th of July, 2021 under Sections 376 and 504/34 of the IPC against the son of the informant and as a counter blast, the present FIR has been registered.
4. I find that the names of the petitioners are
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66209 of 2022(2) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 mentioned in the FIR with allegation of having abducted a thirteen years old minor boy.
5. Considering all the aspects, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. As such, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is dismissed. However, they may surrender before the concerned court.
