Petitioner is in custody in connection with Panjwara P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019 for the offence under sections 323, 326, 341, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to the prosecution case, he submits that there is specific allegation of assault against co-accused Munna Mandal and not against this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2019.

Case No. 72 of 2019.
