2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code but later on Section 412 IPC was added registered in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019 arising out of G.R. No. 1396 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely on the extra judicial confessional statement of Sumit Kumar, owner of the Alto car which was used in the occurrence, except which there is no objective material to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence. One of the occupants of the said Alto car, Bambam Kumar, has confessed his guilt and disclosed the names of three persons other than the petitioner and on the basis of such statement, pick-up-van and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59788 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 looted goods have been recovered. No incriminating articles have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner who claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
