2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rauta P.S. Case No. 89 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 371, 370(A), 376, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4, 5, 6, 9 of the Immoral Trafficking Act.

3. As per the F.I.R, girls were forced to involve themselves in prostitution. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material against the petitioner except the fact that she is the owner of the house and there has been no recovery from her possession. Petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67211 of 2023(3) dt.06-12-2023 2/2 custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnia in connection with Rauta P.S. Case No. 89 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Rauta Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
