2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 447, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner, due to land dispute, assaulted informant and his nephew by means of lathi, danda, bhala and stones, as a result of which, both persons sustained injuries. It is further alleged that accused persons also snatched gold chain and cash of Rs. 2,000/- from the nephew of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault is against other

Both parties are agnates and due to land dispute, series of litigation are going on between them. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 282 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
