Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that amount mentioned by the respondent is vague and no

Patna High Court MJC No.1553 of 2018(3) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 calculation chart is enclosed and only Rs. 50,000/- has been paid to the petitioner whereas more amount is payable to the petitioner.

In the event the petitioner is not satisfied with the calculation for payment of Rs.50712/- the O.P. is required to consider the objection if filed within 30 days from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order by or on behalf of the petitioner. District Programme Officer, Nawada, shall consider the representation filed by the petitioner and if he found there is error in calculation he will take appropriate corrective measures within a period of 60 days from the filing of such representation and ensure payment of the admitted balance amount. With the aforesaid the present petition stands disposed of.
