2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Shahpur Patori P.S. Case No. 41 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302, 504, 506/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 10.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40143 of 2022.

4. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner.

5. From the perusal of the trial Court report dated 07.12.2023, it appears that the trial is likely to be concluded

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68302 of 2023(4) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 within six months.

6. Hence, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within its stipulated period of time, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

7. In the aforesaid circumstances, the present application stands disposed of.
