It appears that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected vide order dated 03.07.2019 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 2560 of 2019.

The present petition has been filed for modification of the aforesaid order on the ground that it could not be submitted at the time of argument that charge-sheet in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61141 of 2019(2) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 case had already been submitted.

This Court is of the view that even if that fact would have been stated, it would not have made any difference to the order which has been passed. In any view of the matter, the order cannot be modified on this plea.
