JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. I. For Issuance of an appropriate writ, order/ direction to quash the impugned office order of dismissal/termination of petitioner, vide Impugned Memo. No. 2219/dated 03.11.2017 (Annexure-1) passed by Respondent- 6, biased in nature.

II. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order/orders, direction/directions in nature of Mandamus directing and

Patna High Court CWJC No.15651 of 2022(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 commanding the concerned respondents to set aside the punishment awarded to the petitioner in Annexure-1 and reinstate the petitioner on his own post with consequential benefits.

III. For issuance of an appropriate stay order against the impugned dismissal order dated 03.11.2017, (Annexure-1).

IV. For further issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction in nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the concerned respondent not to humiliate or harass the petitioner on account of the FIR No.332/2017 dated 23.09.2017 of Chatapur P.S."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order of punishment dated 03.11.2017, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
