The petitioner is in custody since 15.08.2019 in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
