13,29,600/- of minus fifty thousand paid as advance for the work done for
Patna High Court CWJC No.16716 of 2022(2) dt.26-06-2023 2/2 construction of Nala (Drainage) from the house of sanitary sany to Dinesh Singh under Ward no.2 in Panchayat Bhanub, Block-Obra, District Aurangabad as per the work order by preparing final bill for the financial year 2020-21 as against estimated cost amounting to Rs. 13,29,600/-."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Block Development Officer-cumChairman, Block Project Monitoring Unit, BlockBarun, District Aurangabad for payment of the admitted outstanding dues, as aforesaid.
Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
