JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 61 of 2017 arising out of Sadar PS Case No. 64 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201 of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner stands on better footing to the husband as he is fatherin-law and the husband has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court and the period of custody is also similar.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Dhaneshwar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in connection with Sessions Trial No. 61 of 2017 arising out of Sadar PS Case No. 64 of 2017 Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J.)
