2. This writ application has been filed for commanding the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner with all consequential benefits, in light of the fact that several persons have been regularized already in the year 2022 and being regularized presently also but leaving aside the case of petitioner without any rhyme and reasons. Further prayer has been made for directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for equal pay for the equal work, in the interest of justice.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in this connection, petitioner has already filed several representations before the respondent-Authorities but till date, no action has been taken by the respondents.

4. In view of the nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh detailed representation before the ViceChancellor, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 4) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of her claim within a period of four weeks from today.

5. In the event the petitioner files her representation within the stipulated period, the Vice-Chancellor, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 4) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
