2. The present writ has been filed for direction to the respondent authority to grant of financial progression in the light of the Resolution No. 10770 dated 30.12.1981 and notification No. 4685 Dated 25.06.2023 issued by the Finance Department.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the Government of Bihar through General Administration Department has framed a rule namely

Patna High Court CWJC No.14697 of 2024(2) dt.24-09-2024 2/2 Bihar Government Servant Grievances Redressal Rules, 2019 to deal such type of situations and petitioner has liberty to exhaust the remedy before the Service Grievance Redressal Officer.

4. In response thereof, Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that his grievance shall be settled before Engineer-in-Chief-cum-Special Secretary, Road Construction Department, Vishweshwaraiya Bhawan, New Secretariat, Patna (Respondent No. 2).

In the light of the submissions made, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the petitioner to avail his remedy before the Engineer-in-Chief cum Special Secretary, Road Construction Department, Vishweshwaraiya Bhawan, New Secretariat, Patna (Respondent No. 2) within time frame specified in the said rule i.e. Bihar Government Servant Grievances Redressal Rules, 2019., (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
