2. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16074 of 2024 dated 19.03.2024.

3. However, there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of this petitioner. Hence, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is again rejected.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not well, so the trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
