2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:- "I. For directing the concerned respondent authority to revise PB-2 Grade Pay-4800 with effect from 01.01.2016 for which petitioner is entitled.

II. For directing the concerned respondent authority to pay the dues of the petitioner after revision of the grade pay with up to date interest for delayed payments."

Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the Government of Bihar through General Administration Department has framed a rule namely Bihar Government Servant Grievances Redressal Rules, 2019 to deal such type of situations and grievance of the petitioner is fully covered under the said rule.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that for her grievance, she has already filed representation which is annexed as Annexure-P/1 and P/2 of the writ petition.

5. In the light of the submissions made by the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the petitioner to file fresh complaint before the appropriate authority under the said rule within 30 days and the authority shall decide the complaint of the petitioner strictly according to the time frame specified in the said rule i.e. Bihar Government Servant Grievances Redressal Rules, 2019.
