Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant contempt application has been filed for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the contemnors/opposite parties for deliberately violating the order dated 18-5-2022 in CWJC No. 7099 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioners next submits that grievance of the petitioners stands redressed, as such, seeks permission to withdraw the contempt application. 4.
