This is an application for bail in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 125 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is of recovery of stolen motorcycle from their possession.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and they have no criminal antecedent and have remained in custody for more than four months.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62612 of 2017 (2) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 circumstances of the case, let petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Sare P.S.Case No. 125 of 2017, subject to the conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and (2) petitioners will cooperate in trial and appear in court as and when required, except on genuine ground, failing which their bail bonds shall be cancelled.
