The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1078 of 2008, registered for offence punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the allegation levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 02.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68706 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 1078 of 2008.
