2. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation in the first information report is that of financial fraud committed by the accused persons, one of whom is a field officer of S.B.I. while the other is the wife.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is only a field officer who is working at the ground level and there are all possibilities of involvement of some other employees in the financial fraud that was committed.

No.66143 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/3 However, petitioner no.1 has deposited the entire defalcated amount, i.e., Rs.3,32,255/-, which would be evident from Annexure-P/2, which is a communication from the court to the bank and also from Annexure-P/3, which is the response from the bank that they have received a Demand Draft of the aforesaid amount paid by petitioner no.1. It is further submitted that petitioner no.2 has been implicated only on account of the fact that she is the wife of petitioner no.1 and she is not an employee of the bank.
5. Learned APP opposes the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and also considering that the defalcated amount has already been deposited by petitioner no.1 and further considering that petitioner no.2 is not even a bank employee and only the wife of petitioner no.1, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No.183 of 2024,
