2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 329(4), 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 74, 109, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, these petitioners are alleged to have caught the wife of informant by hair and slammed her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65048 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and there is no specific allegation of overt act against these petitioners. Case and counter case. Petitioners are ladies and claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera in connection with Bibhutipur P. S. Case No. 13 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
