2. This writ petition has been filed for commanding the respondents to pay arrears of differences of salary for the period from April, 1986 to December, 2005 which comes to the tune of Rs.6,49,318/- and for the period from August, 2010 to December, 2015 which comes to the tune of Rs.35,68,177/- along with interest.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.14568 of 2024(3) dt.18-11-2024 2/2 submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to file representation before respondent no. 2 and 6 for redressal of his grievance.

4. In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner file such application before respondent no.2 and 6 within a period of six weeks from today.

5. In the event, if such application is filed within the said stipulated period, respondent no.2 and 6 shall look into the matter and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the application.

6. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
